Processing time

Most orders are made to order in our own shop. Ready-made items ship in 1-2 business days. Engraved and personalized pieces (coins, license plate frames, hats, metal business cards) take 3-5 business days to produce before they ship. Larger business and bulk orders typically take 5-10 business days after you approve your proof.

Shipping methods

We ship via USPS within the United States. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the shop. Priority and expedited options are available at checkout.

Rush orders

Need it faster? Contact us before ordering with your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund. We do not leave customers stuck with a carrier problem.
